March 8 - Bathroom Cabinet

Man, I am messy!  I just throw things in cabinets and drawers and freezers and blue buckets.  I'm not sure this organizing thing is for me.  At the same time I'm thinking thank goodness I've started going through my stuff.  I'm like a HOARDER!  Speaking of Hoarders, I love cleaning my house while watching Hoarders.  What is up with that??

March 7 - Paper Work...

I mean, what?  The blue bucket is annoying.  I couldn't fit any more paper in the bucket so I decided to start organizing.  You will notice in the after photo that there are still papers in the bucket.  YUP, I couldn't get rid of it all.  I'm sure when I tackle the guest room/office  (never, some day) I will figure out what to do with all the random stuff.

March 6 - Bedside Table

Ok- so after I downloaded these pictures I thought- Does this chick eat tootsie rolls in her bed?  I don't remember eating tootsie rolls and I don't remember putting the wrapper in the drawer.  Eeeks.  Check out the crumbs in the drawer...

March 5 - Medicine Cabinet

I've heard that people love to go through other people's medicine cabinets.  So this post seems kind of fun because I am showing you my medicine cabinet.  You don't even need to pretend that you have to use my bathroom upstairs.  The funny thing is there is almost no medicine in my "medicine" cabinet.  It's mostly wrinkle cream (which isn't working), lotions and lip balm.  I was able to get rid of 12 items.  Most of the items were either old or almost empty.  Here is the before and after....

March 4 - Laundry Room Shelves

Today I organized the shelves in the laundry room.  This included going through the miss matched socks box.  Clearly I need to do this more often :)

March 3 - Laundry room 2

Next I worked on the counter area.  It is another flat surface that attracts STUFF!!  Most of it was recycling or things that just needed to be put away.

The laundry room is always in need of cleaning and organizing since I'm in there all the time.  I was hanging jackets on top of jackets so I started with the hooks.  I added 2 jackets to the donate pile and put some other jackets in the hall closet.
